Mrs.  Louise Syswerda

SYSWERDA - Mrs. Louise Syswerda, aged 86 of Kentwood, went to be with the Lord peacefully, surrounded by family, Friday, July 4, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald; daughter-in-law, Theresa; grandchildren, James, Eric, Pierson Joel; brothers, Frank, Leonard and Harold. Surviving are her children, Diana (Edward) Gentz, Jerad (Jan Sal) Syswerda, Janice Signor, Donna (Donald) Scott, Laura (Robert) Wolters; grandchildren, Andrew, Pierson Gentz, Paul Syswerda, Jason (Tricia) Smith, Kelly Smith, Mindi (Richard) Garnaat, Tim Smith. Aimee Signor, Sean (Anna) Signor, Nate (Ariane) Bishop, Wade (Danielle Mowry), Mitchell, Mackenzie Scott, Joel (Heather Powney), Anna Wolters; several great grandchildren; brother, Robert (Dorothy) Noorman; sister, Arlene (Robert) Baareman; sisters-in-law, Lois Noorman, Edith Kruisenga; brother-in-law, Fred (Hazel) Syswerda; many nieces and nephews. Louise was a long time member of Immanuel CRC. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at Immanuel CRC, 33 Elwell SW. Her family will greet relatives and friends Monday from 4 to 7PM at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel - Wyoming, 3131 S. Division Ave., and one hour prior to the service Tuesday at Church.
