Mr.  James Reilly

Reilly - Mr. James Michael Reilly, 87, of Wyoming passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2014. Mr. Reilly was preceded in death by his parents; Mortimer and Catherine Reilly; brothers Mortimer Reilly and Patrick Reilly along with many other brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Rosejean Reilly, their children; Jean (Jim) Krzewski, Amy (Dan) Haynes, and Dan Reilly; their grandchildren, Valerie, Kevin, Natalie, Bridget, Isabelle, Matthew, Stephanie, Zachary and Joshua; his sister Mary Frances Berglind, sisters-in-law Rosina Calvaruso and Anne Calvaruso, many nieces and nephews. Jim served his country in the US Navy during WWII. He worked for the Chessie System Railroad as an engineer for 40 years. He was active with the St. Pius X church choir, performing many solos and cantoring at mass, as well as numerous church and work related golf leagues and organizations. Jim also loved traveling America's highways on family vacations. A memorial mass will be celebrated 11:00AM, Friday, July 11, 2014, at the St. Pius X, 3937 Wilson Ave. SW, Grandville. The family will greet relatives and friends Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00PM at the Ronan-Vanderpool-Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave., prayers of the Rosary will be recited at 7:30PM.
