Mr.  Jack Wolf

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of my loving father, son, brother, grandfather Jack Wayne Wolf has went to be with angels at the early age of 59. He passed away Friday July 17, 2015 while in care of Hospice at Trillium Woods. He was Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Jack enjoyed fishing, Bingo, casinos, playing cards with family. Playing pool and Watching Detroit Tigers play baseball. He enjoyed visiting with family and friends. Jack graduated from Rogers High School. Jack is survived by his daughter, Jackie Blue (Jason) Winn of Lowell MI; Grandchildren , Olivia, Abigail, Rylan, and Mitchell Winn; Father, Norman Wolf; Siblings, Jo Ellen Wolf, Jim (Theresa) Wolf, Robert Wolf, Jerry wolf and Patricia Wolf. He was Preceded in death by his mother, Helen Wolf and nephew, Jeremy Wolf. Jack was a caring, compassionate , loving, quite, selfless father that was well loved. He will be missed greatly. He will never be forgotten. Small service will be held @ Faith Hospice Trillium Woods, 8214 Pfeifer farms Dr. SE, Byron Center MI. Time and date Pending early next week.
