SHOEMAKER - Mr. Edward H. Shoemaker aged 82 passed away Friday, May 22, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth. Surviving are their children, Doris McZeal; Tina (Steven) Cavanaugh, Dan (Nancy), Karl (Vicky), Sharon, Berdene and Eddie Shoemaker; 20 grandchildren; 53 great grandchildren; extended family and friends. Ed was very active with Gold Avenue CRC and many knew of him from riding his bike or walking around the town that he loved. A memorial service will be held 12:00Noon Thursday, May 28, 2015 at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave., with visitation one hour prior to the service.
