Michael Perry Hoffman

Michael Hoffman, age 72, of Kentwood, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, June 2, 2022. Mike proudly served his country in the Army during the Vietnam Conflict. After his service he came home and drove a truck for most of his life until he retired. He was an avid sports fan, especially enjoying Hockey and Nascar and a big animal lover. He was preceded in death by his many siblings; son, Gene Bandlow. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 33 years, Carol Hoffman; brother, Paul (Deb) Hoffman; children, James (Liz) Bandlow, Karen (Jason) Veldkamp; daughter-in-law, Kristi Bandlow; and 2 grandchildren, Ryan Bandlow and Heather Grant. Memorial services will be held Saturday, June 11 at 2pm at MKD Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave, Wyoming, with Rev. Brad Vanderson officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family Saturday from 1-2pm at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the family to assist with funeral costs.
