Michael Nielsen

Michael Nielsen aged 64 of Grand Rapids passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fredrick and Laura Nielsen; brother, Jack Nielsen; sister, Sue Ford. Michael is survived by his children, Jamie (Bill) Zahradnik, Becky (Miguel) DeAnda, Michelle (Diego Arviso) Nielsen, Jennifer (Jon) Laban, Elizabeth (Matt) Spurgeon; 10 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; brothers, Robert (Sally) Nielsen, Dan Nielsen; sister, Karen (Don) Abson; brother-in-law, Rodney Ford; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Thursday, October 31, 2019 at New Community Church, 2340 Dean Lake Ave. NE. Michael's family will greet relatives and friends Wednesday from 5PM to 7PM at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel - Wyoming, 3131 S. Division Ave., and one hour prior to the service at Church.
