BOLTHOUSE - Mr. Michael J. Bolthouse aged 61 of Grand Rapids passed away Thursday, January 16, 2014. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Donna. Surviving are his loving companion, Kathy Westfield; children, Mark (Jenny) Westfield, Elizabeth (Timothy Gillis) Westfield; grandchildren, Jacob Westfield, Kala (Brandon) Avink; Great granddaughter, Gabriella Avink; brother William Bolthouse. Mr. Bolthouse was proud to have served his country for a short time in the US Navy. The family will greet relatives and friends from 1:00 - 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 26, 2014 at Ronan-Vanderpool Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave., Wyoming. A reception will follow.
