Melvin Peter Ash, aged 63 of Byron Center, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2012. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Ash; and father, Fredrick Ash. Surviving are his daughter, Fina Lynn Ash; grandson, Kurtis (Amanda) Hall; sister, Cheryl Ash Heinrich. Melvin was a member of Church of God 7th Day in Vriesland.
