Maxine B. Moore-Keizer

Maxine Betty Moore-Keizer, aged 93 of Wyoming passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, January 15, 2016, the same day as her husband, Sidney in 1984. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Edmond RC Moore, Sidney Keizer; daughter, Linda S. Overzet; brother, Matthew and sisters, Alma and Dorothy. She is survived by her daughter, Dianne (David) Langworthy; sons, Edmond J. (Janice) Moore, Wayne (Kelly) Moore; Terry (Linda) Keizer; 16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; 16 great-great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Jean Jacobs and Pauline Hoolsma; many nieces and nephews. Maxine was an active, loving family woman who thoroughly enjoyed her family. She looked forward to attending her children’s and grandchildren’s sporting events to cheer them on. She spent numerous hours knitting and crocheting items for the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all of her family. Funeral services for Maxine will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Chapel (Wyoming), 4031 Clyde Park SW with Pastor Craig Carter officiating. Interment in Rest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive relatives and friends at the funeral chapel Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and Wednesday from 10 am until the time of the service.
