Mr. Max E. Phipps aged 66 of White Cloud passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2013. Mr. Phipps was preceded in death by his wife Rosie; mother, Maxine Phipps; father, Ernie Phipps. Surviving are his step-children, Debra Gathiere, Jerry Morten, Kim Briggs, Joe Briggs; 13 grand children; 15 great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; brother, Gary (Deb) Phipps; sisters, Nellie Knight, Mary (Dan) Hindenach, Kathy (John) Jutila.
