Jacobs - Matthew Jay Jacobs, October 5, 1952 - November 2, 2018. Matthew is preceded in death by his father, Matthew Junior Jacobs. Surviving are his mother, Margaret Jean Jacobs, his brother Terry (Nancy) Jacobs, his sister, Jill (Ed) Quint, nieces, nephews and a small close group of friends. His uniqueness over his lifetime will always be celebrated by family and friends. Cremation has taken place and there will be no service.
