Mary Torrez

TORREZ- We would like to say good life to Mary Lynne Torrez, who went to be with our Lord and Savior on July 26, 2013. She also went to be with our father, Ernesto Torrez, Sr., who passed away on April 27, 2012. Mary was the mother of five children, Ernesto Torrez, Jr., Jose Torrez, Jesse Torrez, Janai Torrez, and Dawn Elmore "Sissy". She has 16 grandkids; 8 great grandkids; and one brother, Nick (Nickali) Lake. She was also preceded in death by her mother, Margery Cole; father, Marion Lake; brother, Rusty Lake. She was a beautiful mother, grandmother, and friend to all. She was loved and will be missed by many. A memorial service will be held 7:00 PM Thursday, August 1 at Ronan-Vanderpool-Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave. The family will greet relatives and friends from 5 to 7 PM on Thursday.
