Mary Sutter

SUTTER - Mrs. Mary Jane Sutter, aged 85, passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2011. She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, William A. Biggs; 2nd husband, Aubrey J. Sutter; sons, Fred Biggs, William Biggs, Allen Sutter; brother, Hubert Passmore; sisters, Dorothy VanderMate and Eleanor Dandeneau. Surviving are her children, Donna (Carl) Nestle, Vickie (Dan) Huizenga, Theresa (Ivan) DeYoung, Timothy Biggs, Lillian (John) Kotecki, Gerri Lauzon, Angie Sutter; twenty grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; sister, Ruth (William) King of CA. Mrs. Sutter served as Past President of the St. Dominic Altar Society for two years and as Commander of D.A.V.A. Unit #2, Grand Rapids for two years. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 1 at St. Dominic Church, 50 Bellevue SW., with Rev. Charles Dautremont celebrant. The family will greet relatives and friends Monday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the Ronan-Vanderpool-Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S.
