Mary R. Schiefla

Mary R. Schiefla, age 92, of Caledonia, went home to be with her Lord peacefully in her sleep on Friday, January 4, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene; son Michael; son-in-law, Edward. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Suzanne Thompson, Scott and Barb Schiefla; grandchildren, Robert and Jamie Thompson, Jonathan Schiefla, Kevin and Keyre Schiefla, Jason and Melissa Schiefla, Kaitlyn and Collin Donnelly, Justin Schiefla and his fiancee, Suzannah Lenz; 10 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Over the years, Mary was very actively involved in Gaines Church. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, 11 am at Gaines Church, 1612 92nd St., Caledonia with Pastor Kelly Burnside. Interment Lakeside Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday from 10 to 11 am at church prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gaines Church.
