Mary Madeline Asposito

Mary Madeline Asposito, age 91, of Sparta, passed away on Friday, February 22, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; daughter, Grace Marie Hill; brothers, Peter, Joseph, Andrew, and Anthony Russo. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Jim and Sandra Asposito, Augustina Asposito and Bill Webber, Peter and Mary Asposito; eight grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Mary was a long time member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church. She was a great cook and loved to crochet. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, February 25, 2019 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 101 Hall St. SE, Grand Rapids, with Fr. Ted Kozlowski presiding. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Monday from 10:00-11:00 am prior to the service at the church, and a Rosary will be held at 9:30 am. A luncheon will follow the service at church.

Dear Jim, Sandy and Family, So very sorry for your loss. She may be gone but will not be forgotten. This is not good bye but til we meet again. Her new chapter in her heavenly life has begun. Hugs and prayers for all of you.
