Mary J. Schut, age 79, of Jenison, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, January 9, 2022. Mary was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonord Schut. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Mike and Sue Schut, Lori and Tim Couturier, Randy and Nicole Schut; grandchildren, Nick and Evelyn Schut, Alex Droese and Devon Grooms, Kaylee and Joey Cobble, and Carra Couturier; one great-grandchild, Ellie Cobble; sisters, Sharon Bajema, Ruth and Chuck TenBrink; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Ryan Beilfuss officiating. Burial Floral View Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 10-10:45 prior to the service at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Van Andel Institute Parkinson’s Research.
