Mary Van Dyken

Mary Anne Van Dyken, age 91, of Jenison, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, December 19, 2021. Mary was a very active member at Faith Community Church serving in Coffee Break and Sunday School. She also led devotions at Sunset Manor. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Van Dyken. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Doug and Marcia Van Dyken, Dave and Jane Van Dyken, Mary Jo and Phil Salliotte; grandchildren, Heather and Mike Liming, Lisa and Jim Ellis, Marc and Deirdre Van Dyken, David and Jen Van Dyken, Kristin and Dan Fennema, P.J. and Erin Broersma, Chad and Krystyn Broersma, Cody Broersma and fiancée, Jen Young; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Dorothy and Bernie TeBos; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Leone DeYoung, Jay and Shirley Van Dyken, Barbara Van Dyken; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. at Faith Community Christian Reformed Church, 5250 Byron Center SW, Wyoming, with Rev. Hank Vlaardingerbroek officiating. Burial Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday, December 22, from 5-8 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville), 4145 Chicago Drive. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sunset Legacy Foundation or Moline Christian School.
