Remembering Marvin A. J. Buck

Buck Jr., Marvin A. J. Marvin A.J. Buck Jr., age 84 of Wyoming, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2014. He was preceded in death by his daughters, Shawn Neff and Kyle Buck. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 63 years, Marilyn; children, Wanda and Thomas Isenga, Kim and Jeff Barnes, Gary and Roz Buck, Kelley and Shawn Dunbar, Bryan and Patti Buck, Kevin and Wendy Buck; son-in-law, Carl Neff Jr.; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; brothers, Jack and Jim Buck; many nieces and nephews. Marvin proudly served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He was a self-employed carpenter and builder. A memorial service will be held 2:30pm Saturday at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming with Fr. Phil Shangraw officiating. There will be a time of visitation with his family Saturday from 1:30pm until the time of the service. Memorial donations may be made to the American Stroke Association.

My deepest condolences to the entire family. You will be missed and I will forever cherish our conversations about Chevy vs ford and be cause I called the house so much as a kid looking for Kevin you said my finger was shorter compared to the others from all the dialing. Aunt Marilyn and family, Thank you so much for all the years of memories and for connecting us to the Buck family. I have so many great memories of my cousins and Uncle Marv -- snowmobiling (Wanda stop laughing), ice skating, playing in the basement as kids spying on Karl and Shawn kissing in the basement and running to tell Uncle Marv all about it. You all made us feel such a special part of the family. I can't look at a Budweiser can without thinking of Uncel Marv 😊 Skeeter Buck
