Marshall Young

YOUNG - Marshall Allen "Scottie" Young, age 83 passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents Dr. William and Lila Young, 2 brothers and 1 sister from Canada. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Nell; one son, Dwaine and wife Deb; granddaughter Samantha; one sister, Isabelle Gloria Evans of Collegedale, TN. He moved to Michigan and was employed by HB Fuller for 20 years. He loved his church and he loved to play the piano, camping, boating and traveling with his friends in his pastime. He lost his battle with cancer and will be missed by all. A memorial service will be held 3PM Saturday, January 24 at Seventh Day Adventist Church, 2580 44th St. SW, Wyoming, MI 49519. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan or a charity of one's choice. "But the fruit, the Spirit in love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control." Gelatians 5:22. Marshall was all of these.
