Mark Mikula

MIKULA - Mr. Mark Mikula of Sparta, aged 53, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013. He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrance Mikula Sr.; son-in-law, Chad Burgess; brothers, Larry, Bob, Bill and Joe; sisters, Carol, Nancy; niece, Margaret; nephew, Troy. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Loralynn "Lori" Mikula; children, Sara (Justin) Egner, Kurt (Tamara Ring) Mikula; granddaughter, Olivia Burgess-Egner; mother, Helen Mikula; brothers, Jim (Donna) Mikula, Andy (Julie) Mikula, Zane (Char) Griffin; sisters-in-law, Sharon Mikula, Joanne Mikula; father and mother-in-law, Robert and Patricia Ribbens; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob & Julia Ribbens, Steve & Melissa Thome, Dave & Julie Klein, Janet & Ron Rasch; and several nieces and nephews. Mark was a master electrician for the City of Wyoming for 32+ years. He loved to be outdoors, boating and snowmobiling; he was an avid runner; and loved being Olivia's grandpa. Mark also loved his pets. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, March 18 at Orchard Hill Reformed Church, 1465 - 3 Mile Rd. His family will greet relatives and friends Sunday from 3 to 7 PM at Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Dr. Belmont and one hour prior to the service on Monday at church.
