McDonough - Marjorie A. McDonough aged 90, passed away peacefully Saturday, October 13, 2018. Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; parents; son-in-law, Sam Langdon; brothers, Mark Fisher, Robert Fisher, Ivan Fisher; sister-in-law, Nancy Fisher. She is survived by her children, Diane (Brian) Sparks, Sue Langdon, Robert (Terry) McDonough Jr.; grandchildren, Christopher (Hailey) Sparks, Eliza (James) Oliver, Kelly Langdon, Andrew McDonough, Daniel McDonough, Adam (Jessica) Federspiel, Wade Federspiel; great granddaughter, Maddison Oliver; sister-in-law, Luanne Fisher. Marjorie was a teacher for the Grand Rapids Public School for many years and she loved solving crossword puzzles. There was rarely a time when she didn't have several puzzles going. She was also an accomplished pianist and enjoyed spending time every summer at her cottage on Bois Blanc Island with her family. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Porter Hills Retirement Community 3600 E. Fulton St. Grand Rapids, MI 49546.
