Marjorie Bartosiewicz

Marjorie Bartosiewicz, age 68, of Caledonia, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, October 17, 2023. She will be remembered for her generosity and always considering others above herself. She loved life, enjoyed music and dancing. Marjorie cherished her family and loved her nieces and nephews. She had a talent for gardening and loved to share what she would grow. Marjorie enjoyed creative hobbies in her studio including gourd art. Together with her husband, James she enjoyed traveling and spending time in Northport, Michigan. She will be greatly missed for her giving heart, fun spirit and love for her friends and family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Lois Rich; sister, Doris King; close nephew who was like a son to her, Mike Spencer and parents-in-law, Norb and Nancee Bartosiewicz. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 26 years, James; a close niece who was like a daughter to her, Erica Spencer and great-nephew, Michael Spencer who she treasured like a grandson. Marjorie is also survived by her siblings: Bob (Lynne) Rich, Mary Blease, Dawn (John) Homeniuk, Ron Rich, Ken (Sandy) Rich, Jeannie (David) Rivette, Steve (Peggy) Rich, Debbie (Rick) Norman; siblings-in-law: Ilene Slaktoski, Kris (Martin) Wong, Rob (Linda) Bartosiewicz and many loving nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 21 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 9669 Kraft Ave. SE, Caledonia, with Rev. Michael Cilibraise officiating. Burial will be held at Pine Hill Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Saturday from 10-11:00 am at the church, prior to the service. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice.
