Marilyn A. Mock

Marilyn A. Mock, age 86, of Grand Rapids was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, August 25, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Ethel Blakeman. She worked for several years at Michigan Bell before becoming a homemaker when her children were born. She established many lasting relationships while working there, where her friendship circle became affectionately known as the “Bell Bunch”. Marilyn had a love of animals and pets over the years and also enjoyed ceramics. Her and Clayton enjoyed many years of wintering in Florida together after retirement. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 56 years, Clayton; her sons, Steven Mock, Brian Mock; several loving extended relatives and friends. In honor of Marilyn’s request, there will be no services held. Please cherish the memories that were made with her over the years.
