Marie G. Leeuwenburg

Marie G. Leeuwenburg, age 90, of Grandville, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cliff. She will be sadly missed but happily remembered by her children, Linda and Randy Haskins, Bonnie Bieber, Larry and Kathy Leeuwenburg, Gale and Russ Rose, Gary and Kelly Leeuwenburg; 8 grandchildren, Kim and Jon, Laurie and Mike, Melanie, Jamie and John, Brennan, Joseph, Tisha, Tanya and Nate; 10 ½ great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Virginia, Margaret, and Ruth; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Marie loved her search word books and bingo, as well as spending time with her family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at Clyde Park Dialysis for their exceptional care, and a special thank you to the staff and caregivers at Vista Springs Wyoming for their wonderful care of mom for the past 2 years. Funeral services will be held on Friday 11 am at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. with Pastor John Murr officiating. Interment Grandville Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the funeral home, as well as one hour prior to the service on Friday. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice, National Kidney Foundation, or American Cancer Society.
