Marie Cole

COLE - Marie L. Cole aged 75 of Sparta, passed away Tuesday, February 15, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Lucy Higby, brother, Harold Higby, sisters, Donna Hurst and Nora Landon. Surviving are her children, Daniel Cole, Jolene (Rick) Zepp, Ranea Fain, Kelly Cole, Lorena Cole; grandchildren, Tammy Zepp-Block, Amber Fox, Evan Fain; great grandchildren, Cameron, Damien, Emaree, Bentley; sister, Darlene (Dick) Mead; several nieces and nephews. Marie was an awesome, fun loving Mom and Grandma. She was an active church member throughout her life. Marie retired from the Alpine plant of GM after 30 years of service. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Friday, February 18, 2011 at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Dr. NE, with Pastor David M. Solomon officiating. Her family will greet relatives and friends Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8PM and one hour prior to the service on Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to GracePointe Church.
