Maria Guadalupe Salazar

Maria Guadalupe Salazar, age 51, of Wyoming, Michigan passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2023. She was born September 21, 1971 to June Florez. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Philomen and Jessica Florez; grandson, Aubrey Rosemond; granddaughter, Serenity Miracle Mitchell; brother-in-law, Chris J. Boudreaux Jr. She was the mother of three beautiful daughters, Kristina Ugalde, Bianca Gordon (Paris Rosemond), Mercedes Ugalde (Sta’lonte Mitchell, Sr.). She is survived by ten grandchildren, Javier 17, Key’yama 10, Key’mora 8, Paris 6, Sta’lonte, Jr. 6, Kleesie 5, Klaina 4, Sionna 3, London 2, Kamonni 1; siblings, Mark, Melissa d. Chris, Diane (Ricardo), Juan; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and close friends. Maria lived life to the fullest and enjoyed traveling, dancing, singing, and the finer things of life. Her hobbies included working out, bike rides, and shopping. She will be remembered for her devotion to family, and her exuding love and time to all, mainly her grandchildren whom she treasured until the very end. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, April 25 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park Ave SW, Wyoming. Burial will be held at Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Monday, April 24 from 2-4 and 5-8 pm at the funeral home for visitation. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial tributes be directed to Maria Gordon’s funeral fund to assist with expenses.
