Margaret Offringa

Margaret Offringa, age 93, of Jenison, went with her Lord and Savior to her heavenly home on Sunday, September 10, 2023. Margaret will be remembered for her devotion to her faith and family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and a wonderful aunt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert; infant twin daughters, Charlene and Cynthia; and daughter, Pamela Straayer. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Don and Jackie Offringa, Dave and Carol Offringa; son-in-law, Steve and Jan Straayer; 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; brother, Bernard Kamminga; sister-in-law, Ruth Kamminga; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 7 pm on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Faith Protestant Reformed Church, 7194 20th Ave., Jenison with Rev. Clayton Spronk officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 5:30-6:30 pm prior to the service at the church. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Sunset Legacy Foundation.
