Margaret Jannenga

Margaret Joan Jannenga (Lutke), age 94, of Hudsonville, left her earthly home for her heavenly home on Saturday, July 25, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Margaret Lutke; husband, Donald Jannenga; daughter, Cheryl Ondersma; siblings, Jay Lutke, Agnes Boeske, Jean Holmes, and Doris Lindscott. Margaret had a great love for life. She was an excellent golfer and a member of Sunnybrook Country Club for many years. She attended Fair Haven Church, serving her Lord with her time and talents in many ways. She was actively involved in the senior fellowship group at church, establishing many wonderful friendships. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Susan De Haan; son-in-law, Dale (Marilyn) Ondersma; seven dear grandchildren and fourteen precious great-grandchildren; sister, Ruth Palma of California; several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2 pm at Fair Haven Church, 2900 Baldwin St. Hudsonville, with Pastor Harvey Heneveld officiating.  Burial Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  Relatives and friends may meet the family from 1-2 pm prior to the service at church. Please use door A or B and be advised that masks are required. The family requests that memorial contributions be given to Faith Hospice in Margaret’s memory.
