Marcille Varble

Marcille (Nash) Varble, age 89, of Grandville, left us on Thursday, September 17, 2020, to meet Jesus and join loved ones that had gone on before her, including her parents, Acel and Catherine Nash; and her sister, Gloria Ehrensperger. Marcille was born in Coldwater, Michigan, on Easter Sunday.  As a very small child she loved going to church, singing “Beulah Land”, and realized it was God who made the rainbow.  She spent much of her life in Grandville and Jenison, before settling in Grand Rapids in 1990.  She joined the working world in the early 70’s working for Community Bakery until 1981.  She then went to work at Clark Retirement Community and retired from there, only to return back to Community Bakery until they closed in 2001. She is survived by her daughter, Sandee and Dave Morren and their children; her son, Brian and Kendy Varble; her daughter, Lynne and Doug Beld and their children.  Relatives and friends may meet the family on Sunday, September 20, from 1-3 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. The burial  will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Garden.
