Mamie Marie Mott, age 89, of Wyoming, went to join her Lord and Savior on Friday, January 7, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Mott; daughter, Helen Mott; son-in-law, John DeBoode. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Linda DeBoode, Tom and Kelly Mott; grandchildren, Eric (Tara) VanDyke, Brent (Mandy Tithof) VanDyke, Phil (Aprille) Marsh, Kevin (Tracy Melville) Marsh, Greg (Katelan) Marsh, Sam (Erika) Mott, Cody (Meghan) Mott, Casey Mott; many great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Madelyn Mott. Mamie enjoyed traveling, especially out West to Las Vegas. A Mass of a Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, January 12, 11:30 am at Holy Name of Jesus Parish, 1630 Godfrey Ave. Wyoming, with Fr. Stephen Dudek presiding. Burial Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming, and one hour prior to the service at church. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association.
