Madonna Chisholm

CHISHOLM - Mrs. Madonna Jean Chisholm, aged 80 of Wyoming, walked on Saturday, July 16, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Chisholm; son, Stanley Chisholm; father, John T. Wasaquam, mother, Elizabeth "Betty" (Stephen) Mark; brothers, Alfred and Donald "Jay" Mark. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. Surviving are her children, Renee (Kenric) DeYoung, Tina (Roy) Horne; grandchildren, Wayne, Elizabeth and Jennifer Horne, Miles Chisholm; brother, Henry Mark; sisters Anna "Louise" Medawis, Stephanie Dysard; several nieces, nephews, cousins and her beloved dog "Elvis". Madonnna was a member of the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians. She loved bingo, bowling, card games and was an avid supporter of Michigan's Tribal Casinos, generous to a fault. She cooked with love and made the BEST potato salad. Madonna retired from Alofs Mfg. after 43 years of service. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at the Ronan-Vanderpool-Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave. with a graveside service later in the afternoon in Morley, MI.
