Lubert “Lu” A. Eisen, age 77, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2019.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Lubert and Florence; sister, Sherry; brother, Craig.  He is survived by his children, Teresa and Dan Baxter, Ed Eisen; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; brother, Hugh and Virginia Eisen; sister, Sandy and Richard Farnsley; and extended family members and friends. Lu retired from AutoDie after 40 plus years of service.  He enjoyed playing cards, games, and being with family.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at 11 a.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating.  Relatives and friends may meet the family on Saturday from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
