Lorraine VandenBroek

VandenBroek – Lorraine Ruth VandenBroek, age 90, went home to be with her Savior on Thursday, January 28, 2021.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack VandenBroek; parents, Joe and Jessie Vugteveen; brother, Russell (Betty) Vugteveen; sister, Mildred (Frank) Heyboer; brothers-in-law, Tony DeBoer, Roger Longfield.  Lorraine is survived by her children, Pamela (Ronald) VanDyke and Jack (Kristi) VandenBroek; grandchildren, Erin (RJ) Simons, Kourtnee Van Dyke, Joshua (Erin) VandenBroek, Callee (Levi) Knoll; great grandchildren, Elena, Everly, Blake; brother, Wayne (Linda) Vugteveen; sisters, Arlene DeBoer, Elaine Longfield; several nieces and nephews.  A celebration of Lorraine’s life will take place 3:00 PM Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Orchard Hill Church, 1465 Three Mile Road NW, Grand Rapids. The celebration of life will also be shown live on Facebook, YouTube, and at orchardhill.org. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to West Side Christian School or Orchard Hill Church.
