Dear Jerry and Joyce and family I'm so sorry for the loss of Lori, I know what a wonderful person she was and she is going to be missed so much.. She was my true friend that I loved so much and I will miss our Sunday night talks and laughs.. That was our day for years... I will miss our outing for breakfast and dinners too....She loved my Grandson so much...She was a very special friend to my family...God sure got a wonderful Angel... I knew Lori better in the late 70's and 80's when she was a nanny for the Ortega's on Wedgewood Dr. As the years passed, I didn't see Lori anymore, but we remained "card" pals. We sent cards for birthday's, holiday's and just for the heck of it. I knew the last few years were being difficult for Lori health wise, but she seemed to continue to be in good spirits. I sent her a birthday card to her this past March and thought it was odd that I didn't receive one from her for my birthday in June. Today I was thinking of her and unfortunately found out on the internet that she had passed away. I'll always have fond memories of Lori. Especially when we'd hit the beach with the kids in that old Dk Blue Cordoba of hers. My condolences to her family, she was a very special person. Brian Lohr
