Lonnie K. Wyse

Lonnie K. Wyse, age 70, of Naubinway, MI, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, May 22, 2018. She was preceded in death by former husband, Howard Van Til; parents, John and Winifred Vander May; brothers, John Vander May and Ron Vander May. Lonnie will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 34 years, Larry; children, Tim and Laurie Wyse, Tony and Kelli Wyse, Tonja and Roger Fylstra, Jonathan and Laura Wyse, Heather Wyse; 15 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 25, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Tim Miller and Pastor Todd Dykstra officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. and on Friday from 10-10:45 a.m. at the funeral home. There will also be a Celebration of Lonnie’s life held on Sunday, May 27, 2018 at 4:00 pm at the Christian Fellowship Church of Naubinway, W11621 Main St., Naubinway, MI with Pastor Tim Miller officiating. Inurnment Garfield Township Cemetery in Naubinway. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice.

Lonnie was a high classmate of mine. I fondly remember our times spent together, especially at youth group at Faith Reformed Church. Lonnie was a woman of God and a role model for me to accept life with grace and dignity. God Bless you friend.
