Linette Helen Morrissey

Linette Helen Morrissey, age 53, of Wyoming, passed away peacefully at home and joined the Lord Monday, November 9, 2020. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 30 years, Donald; daughters: Nicole and Rob Rex, Kayla Morrissey; grandchildren: Penelope, Riley, and Reagan; mother, Vera Gibbs; sisters and brothers: Patricia and Loren Field, George and Holly Mills, Darlene and Ronald Thomas, Barbara Gee, Pauline and Al Howell, William and Christa Mills; many other loving family and friends; and dog, Wizard. She was preceded in death by her fathers, George Mills and Russell Gibbs; and cat, Sissy. She worked over 20 years at Pridgeon & Clay. She loved Mickey Mouse, gambling with her family, fast cars, and crab legs. Most of all, family was important to her, including her daily walks with her husband and dog, Wizard (with a beer), her hugs, and her love for God. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial service will be held Saturday 12 noon at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park Ave. SW, Wyoming. (Due to gathering restrictions, there will be a limit on the number of people who may enter the building at a time.) Relatives and friends may visit the family Saturday from 10:00 a.m. -12 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please consider the needs of the family to defray funeral expenses.
