​Linda Jane (McKersie) Lucas, age 76, of Marne, went home to her Lord and Savior on Thursday, May 16, 2024. Linda loved her church family and loved serving her Lord. She enjoyed going to church, making coffee and greeting people every Sunday morning. She was preceded in death by her parents, Warren McKersie and Geraldine Rodarmer; sister, Martha Gasstra; and brother, Rick McKersie. She will be greatly missed by her husband, Mark Lucas; children, Jeff Fey, Kristy (Greg) Fey-Paiz, Mike (Theresa) Fey, Andy (Janelle) Lucas; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and her dog, Jesse. A service to celebrate Linda’s life will be held on Thursday, May 23, at 11 a.m. at Remembrance Church, 4575 Remembrance Rd., Grand Rapids, with Pastor Todd Schmidt officiating. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Thursday from 10-11 a.m. at the church prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan Mast ALS Foundation.
