Mrs. Lillian J. Harper, aged 88 of Wyoming, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl, in 2007. Surviving are her son, Howard (Renee) Harper; and grandson, Noah. Per her request, cremation has taken place.
