Lillian Dean Westdorp

​Lillian Westdorp, age 97, of Jenison passed away peacefully at Sunset Manor and went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, December 27, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin; grandson, Jesse Kiel; and her five brothers. Lillian will be lovingly remembered by her children, Steve and Marty Westdorp, Rachel and Jim Holtvluwer, Sue and Dick Vredevoogd, Bob and Sue Westdorp, Sandy and Carl Kiel; grandchildren, Ben and Andrea Westdorp, Joe and Holly Westdorp, Shari and Kevin Ilbrink, David and Patti Vredevoogd, Dan and Beth Vredevoogd, Lindsay and Josh Wohlford, Rob and Andrea Westdorp, Jillian and Derrick Pyle, Haijo and Lacy Kiel, Sara and Rick Van Ittersum, Jenna and Mark Mossner; 24 great grandchildren; sisters, Kay Ponstine, Mae Mulder; sisters-in-law, Lois Mulder, June Mulder; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Baldwin Street Christian Reformed Church, 2101 Baldwin St., Jenison, MI with Pastor Don Van Slyke officiating. The burial will take place at Georgetown Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday 6-8 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. and from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. prior to the service at church. The family wishes to thank the staff of Sunset Manor and Emmanuel Hospice for their care shown to Lillian. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Jenison Christian School or Emmanuel Hospice.
