Hansma, Larry R. HANSMA – Larry R. Hansma, aged 61, of Wyoming, lost his courageous battle with cancer on April 21, 2012. He leaves behind to mourn his loss wife, Annette; son Andrew (Tasha) Hansma; daughter, Ashley Hansma; step-son, Jamie (Kim) Sczesny; four beautiful grand-daughters, Jacqueline Clark, Cydney Hansma, Jazmine Sczesny, and Jayla Hansma; sister, Carol Holben; brother, Rick (Lori) Hansma; several nieces and nephews; and a host of dear friends. Larry was a proud Veteran and member of American Legion Post 154. His family wishes to thank Heartland Hospice, the VA Ann Arbor Medical Center, and the Grand Rapids VA Clinic for their compassionate care. Funeral service for Larry will be held on Thursday at 1 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Chapel, 4031 Clyde Park, Wyoming. Relatives and friends may meet the family at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.

Hey Larry! It's been a long time since we have had any contact, and this is not how I wanted to find out what and how you were doing. I have thought many times back to the "glory days" when you, Murphy, Scott and I would run the streets together. Many. many good times!! I couldn't let you go on your new journey without wishing you Gods speed and blessings. My prayers and heart felt condolences to your family. We'll meet again my Brother!! Happy trails!! Mike Grant
