Larry Dean Mullins, age 65, of Grand Rapids passed away on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father, Duane Mullins; brothers, Kenneth Duane Mullins, Dennis Clay Mullins. He will be lovingly remembered by his sons, Aharon (Stephanie) DeMaeyer, Aiden DeMaeyer, Kevin DeMaeyer, Zebadiah (Debbie) DeMaeyer; mother, Patsy Mullins; grandchildren, Arellyn, Aliana, JaRiyah, Jaxon; brothers, Ricky Lee (Debbie) Mullins, Danny Ray (Diane) Mullins; and several nieces and nephews. Larry worked for Bryant Heating and Cooling and Behler-Young Co. for over 40 years. He loved to dance, work out at the gym, play foosball, watch football and spend time with his family. Funeral services will be held 11 am Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park Avenue SW, Wyoming. Burial Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Saturday from 10 - 11 am one hour prior to the service.

Well I have known Larry all my life as he is my uncle. He was a great guy. He reminds me of his dad in some ways as he didn't say much but when he had to it was worth listening to. Thank you for being a great little brother to my dad and a good uncle. Dream cruise will not be the same and thanks for always fixing my air conditioning problems. Rest in piece. We love you ❤

Larry and I spent 17 plus years working together at Behler-Young. He was always willing to assist with whatever needed to be done. He typically was not the overly talkative type, yet he had that ability to listen to someone then react accordingly. He was always calm and he collected his thoughts prior to saying anything, a quality that I admired in him. I could usually tell by his actions if he didn’t like the situation, but he would respond with a quiet professionalism. He and I shared a few experiences outside of the work environment, those stories I will save for another time and place. You my friend will be missed, and I when I remember our time spent together it will be with a smile on my face. Rest In Peace.

I worked with Larry at Behler-Young Company and considered Larry to be a friend as well as an expert with Bryant products. I always enjoyed talking to Larry and having a few laughs over the years. Larry always helped me to resolve any customer issues that came up. He will be greatly missed at Behler-Young Company by employees as well as our customers. Rest In Peace. Pete Kiser

I am saddened to hear of Larry's passing. Larry and I were pals back in the 1970s. Larry was that quiet guy who didn't need to call attention to himself; he was comfortable being Larry. Larry was that guy who you could call up on the spur of the moment to hang out, and once in awhile could get you into a "hold my beer" moment 😊 Above all else, Larry was that guy you wanted with you when you got into a jam, because you knew he'd roll up his sleeves and help you out of it. sorry for the loss of father and grandfather . I had good relationship with Larry. always friendly to me and helpfull whenever I contacted him . loved to go breakfast and lunch with him when he was available. will miss seeing him. known Larry for about 50 years .
