​Larry Crabbe, age 82, of Kentwood, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 5, 2021. After 30 years, Larry retired from Graybar Electric. He was a handyman and enjoyed renovating and doing projects for others. He used to rebuild bikes to give away to others in need. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, teasing grandchildren and getting them in trouble. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Dorothy; children: Tanya and Peter Figliozzi, Lawrance and Jennifer Crabbe, Nicole and Kenneth Toves; grandchildren: Alex Guzman, Jesse and Alejandra Guzman, Kameron Toves, Kate Crabbe, Claire Crabbe, Ryan Crabbe; great grandson, Felix Guzman; brother, Charles and Lorraine Crabbe; sister, Dorothy McArthur; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his siblings: Norma, Kathleen, Alice, Marion. A memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Brookside Christian Reformed Church, 3600 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Kentwood, with Rev. Paul DeVries officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday, September 15, 2021, from 5-8 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Kentwood.
