Larry Bigger

Bigger - Larry Dean Bigger, aged 77, began his next journey on August 10th, 2018. Like his favorite author, Louis L'Amour, he had an adventurous spirit, a love of the outdoors and traveling. He instilled the same love of nature in his family and gave us our joy for taking the road less traveled and appreciation for the path along the way, not just the destination. Leaving behind his loving wife of 56 years, Sharon (Diane); his daughters, Cherry, Robin, and Roberta and his son-in-law, Kevin; along with many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins. He joins many loved ones who have gone before him, including his parents, Richard and Winnifred Bigger and his parents-in-law, Van and Myrtle Pendegrass. We take comfort in picturing him throwing horseshoes, playing poker and hunting the woods with his brothers and sisters by marriage, blood and friendship that were waiting for him when he arrived. He is also survived by his siblings, Doris Irish; Don, Eldon and Dorothy Bigger; Cheryl and Susan Pendegrass. In addition, he was blessed with lifelong friends in the Cox and Fox families. Leading the way for his family, he has gone on to blaze the trail until we join him on his travels once again. A Memorial Celebration will be held 6:30 PM Friday, August 17, 2018 at Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Drive, NE, Belmont.
