Kevin James Andres

Kevin James Andres, age 67, of Jenison, died unexpectedly in Fallon, Nevada and woke to the Glory and Love of the Lord on Monday, December 19, 2022. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Megan, on February 19, 2019, and by his parents, James and Teresa (Post) Andres. He is survived by his loving wife, Suzanne (Nelson) Andres, and his son, LCDR David Roy Andres DO, MPH, USN. His puppies Angus, Gunny, Jasper, and Maggie will miss sitting on his lap. Kevin is also survived by his sister, Michele Andres (George Putnam); his brothers, Michael (Kris) Andres, Clair (Vida) Andres, Dean (Bettina) Andres; his brother-in-law, George (Litsa) Nelson; many nieces and nephews, and many loyal and loving friends. Kevin served 6 years in the US Navy and was honorably discharged as an ET3. Suzanne and David welcome everyone to celebrate the life of Kevin. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at St. John Vianney Church, 4101 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming, with Rev. John Vallier and Rev. Don Weber Concelebrants. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet his loving family on Monday, January 2 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at MKD Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming, as well as on Tuesday, January 3 from 10-11 am prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John Vianney Education Foundation, Wounded Warrior Project, or The Wingman Foundation.
