Kenneth Agema

Kenneth Agema, age 88, of Wyoming, went to be with His Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Thursday, February 11, 2021. Ken was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was a lifelong member of Bethany United Reformed Church. Ken enjoyed traveling around the country and spending his summers at Sandy Pines with his family. Ken was preceded in death by his grandson, Christopher Agema; and great-grandson, Jacen Leaf. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 64 years, Alberta “Bertie”; children, Steve and Rose Agema, Linda Cramer, Joel Agema and Kendra Stanton, Michael Agema, Rick and Susan Agema; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; brother and sisters, Alvin Agema, Cinthia and Marv Bazuin, and Ruth Clayton; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Stena Schepers, Herm Heuker, and Susie Rittenger. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Monday, February 15, 2021 at Bethany United Reformed Church, 5401 Byron Center Ave SW, Wyoming with Pastor Eric Van Der Molen officiating. Burial Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet the family Sunday from 2-4 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW and also from 10-11 am on Monday prior to the service at church. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Right to Life of Michigan or Wycliffe Bible Translators.
