Kathy Ellen Kline

Kathy Ellen Kline, age 66, of Grand Rapids, MI went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, January 27, 2020. Kathy was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Kline (Scanlon), her grandparents, Leslie and Ellen Kline of Muskegon, MI as well as multiple aunts and uncles.  She is survived by her sister Susan Terrell (Jeff), brother Mickey Scanlon (Nora), her step-father Roland Scanlon as well as her nieces and nephews Fischer, Ryan, Christine and Sage Holt. She will be missed dearly and lovingly remembered by her family as well as multiple friends and her beloved small group and Pastor at Madison Square Church North.  She will be remembered for her great sense of humor, compassionate heart, amazing sewing & upholstering skills and especially, the love she had for the children in her life, those listed above and her newly found granddaughter, Kaylie.

A service to celebrate and remember Kathy’s life will be held at Madison Square Church North in the spring, exact date will be announced in April.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kathy’s honor to the Mercy Health Saint Mary’s Foundation Grand Rapids at www.saintmarysfoundationgr.com.
