Kathy Alexander

Kathy Joan Alexander, age 63, of Allendale, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 17, 2020. Kathy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Kathy enjoyed spending her time baking and crafting. She was preceded in death by her parents, Garrett Ambrose and Frances Izetta (Denton) Tuin; sisters, Susan Tuin, and Nancy Cote. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 41 years, John Thomas Alexander; children, Kelly (Kevin) Barlow, Shauna (Kathryn White) Alexander; grandchildren, Kate Barlow, Knox Barlow, and one on the way; siblings, Donna Younes, Dennis Tuin, and Carol Carefelle; cousin, Myrna (Gordon) Rivera and their family, and many nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2020, at 11 a.m. at  St. John Lutheran Church, 9628 48th Ave, Jenison, with Pastor Marin Cerchez officiating.   Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday from 10-11 a.m. at the church prior to the service.
