Kathleen Mary Westfield

Kathleen Mary Westfield, age 73, of Grand Rapids, went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.  Kathy worked at Brann’s in Wyoming for many years.  She enjoyed camping in her earlier years.  Most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her lifelong partner, Michael Bolthouse; parents, William and Stella Dykstra, brother, James Dykstra.  Kathy will be lovingly remembered by her children: Mark and Jennifer Westfield, Betsy Gillis and Ross Plooster; grandchildren: Jacob Westfield and Lillian Gillis; sister-in-law, Judy Dykstra.  According to her wishes, cremation has taken place and relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday, February 22, from 6-8 pm at MKD Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 Division Ave, Wyoming.  Burial will be held at Rosedale Memorial Park.   Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice.
