June S. Wilson, age 75, of Jenison, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, June 18, 2022. June was a loving wife, mom, grandma, sister,and aunt who cherished her family. Her family, especially her grandchildren whom she adored, were the joy of her life. She was blessed with the gift of hospitality, baking and cooking many delicious holiday meals for her family, and yes, there was always plenty to go around! She will always be remembered for her kindness and always putting others before herself. June had a career in the banking industry, retiring after many years of dedicated service. She enjoyed trips to the casino with her husband, Stu, and her brother and sister-in-law, Phill and Marie Armstrong, and made many fun memories together. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Frances Armstrong; and seven brothers and sisters. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 56 years, Stu; daughters, Michelle Wilson and Brian Rogers, Kathi and Shaun Wilson-Burket; her adored grandchildren, Grayson and Foster; brothers, Phill and Maire Armstrong, Clare and Mary Armstrong; many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday, June 22, 2022, from 5-7:30 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. where a time of sharing and remembering will be held at 7:30 pm. Burial will take place at Floral View Memorial Gardens. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Crash’s Landing.
