June Vorenkamp

June Rose (Clum) Vorenkamp, age 99, was called home to be with her Lord on Sunday, April 9, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sherman and Elva Clum; siblings; husband, Donald Vorenkamp; and son, Robert Vorenkamp. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Carol Bohn; son, Rick (Gayle) Vorenkamp; and daughters-in-law, Janet Lenic, and Jane Vorenkamp. She will also be missed by her grandchildren, Charlie Bohn, Chris Bohn and Katie Stefans, Nathan Vorenkamp, Tara Vorenkamp, Jenni (Shawn) Westra, Jaime Vorenkamp, and Tyler Vorenkamp; 17 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. June worked for the City of Wyoming for over 30 years at City Hall. She volunteered at The American Red Cross for a number of years. June was a member at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Jenison. June was a kind and loving mother, grandma, and Noni who loved her Lord and was faithful in prayer. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. A private graveside service will be held at Grandville Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to Faith Hospice in June’s name.
